The Book is my Life

Close the book, the story is pointless.
The story is my life, it's worthless.
Halfway through the first sentence and I'm done.
Don't start the book, it's no fun,
It tries to be the perfect book,
It tries, but there's no hook.
Everyone says "Don't judge a book by its cover"
But we all know we do, undercover.
Close the book, end this life.
Turn the page, it's empty.
Staring at a blank white page. Why is it empty?
The story is over, this life is over.
It's worthless.
